Juaab Terms & Conditions – Complete Usage Policy

1. General Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the juaab.ws website and its associated applications, services, and platforms (collectively "juaab" or the "Platform"). By registering on juaab or using any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Juaab operates under an international gaming licence, and all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

Juaab reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the service will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with juaab, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Online betting must be legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must operate your account in your own name.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact juaab Support immediately. Sharing your account with others or using someone else's account is strictly prohibited.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on juaab and are binding for all members:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• No processing fees on deposits.
• Deposits must be made from your own payment account only.

Withdraw

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 12–24 hours.
• Without KYC verification, withdrawals are limited to ৳5,000 (BDT) per day.
• After full KYC verification, the daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Juaab regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same device, IP address, or household is not permitted.
• Using a bonus to avoid certain games or markets will be considered hedging, and the bonus will be forfeited.
• Juaab reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on juaab:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled, though the cash-out option may be used if available.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to an internet connection issue, the system log will be considered the final record.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded, though different rules may apply depending on the specific market.
• In the event of an error in the odds or a technical issue, juaab reserves the right to void the result of the affected bet.
• The maximum stake per bet varies depending on the market and event.

Additional terms apply to live betting. Odds can change rapidly during a match, and the odds at the time the bet is accepted shall be considered final.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on juaab. If detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the balance may be forfeited:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account under the same person's identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Strategically claiming bonuses without intending to meet the wagering requirements.
• Match Fixing: Any activity aimed at influencing or manipulating the outcome of an event.
• Money Laundering: Using a juaab account for illegal money laundering or concealment of funds.
• System Hacking: Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• VPN Use: Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions.

7. Responsible Gaming

Juaab is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We want our members to enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment — not as a source of addiction or financial hardship.

Juaab provides the following tools to all members, free of charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit within a defined time period.
• Session Timer: Set a time limit for each gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to close your account temporarily or permanently, from 6 months to indefinite.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting Support. Before submitting a closure request, please ensure there are no pending bets or transactions on your account.

Juaab reserves the right to close an account in the following circumstances:

• If the Terms and Conditions are violated.
• If fraudulent activity is detected.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• If the account is considered financially at risk.
• Extended period of inactivity (12 months).

9. Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute, please follow the steps below:

2. Step 2: If your issue is not resolved in the first step, please fill out the formal complaint form. It will be reviewed within 7 business days.
3. Step Three: If neither of the above steps resolves the issue, you may escalate the matter to an independent dispute resolution body.

In all disputes, juaab's system logs and records shall serve as the final and definitive evidence. Accounts may be temporarily restricted while a dispute is ongoing.

10. Amendments & Enforceability

Juaab reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• For significant changes, a notification will be sent via email or through the platform.
• Updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the website.
• Continued use of the service after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The effective date of this agreement is noted at the top of the page.
